At Lune & Wild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and transparent as possible from start to finish.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their unused, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
